Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and AML & CFT Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering binding contracts. Business accounts must be duly registered entities.

3. Account Types & Registration

• Individual and Business accounts.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Nicknames are unique, max 9 characters, no spaces.

4. KYC & Verification

All users must complete KYC verification (government-issued ID + selfie + compliance questionnaire) before any transactions. We reserve the right to request additional information. Unverified accounts cannot perform deposits, exchanges, withdrawals, or transfers.

5. Services

• Currency exchange and cross-border payments
• Wallet services (one per supported currency)
• Internal transfers (YGE Pay)
• Deposits and withdrawals via specified methods

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All external deposits require proof of payment and are subject to automatic or manual review.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
• You must deposit only from accounts in your registered legal name.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and limits.

8. Exchange Rates & Margins

Rates are mid-market plus admin-defined margin. Rates are indicative and may change. All transactions are final once completed.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Use of the Platform for gambling, adult services, or high-risk activities without approval.
• PEP-related accounts must be disclosed.

10. Transaction Limits

Strict minimum and maximum limits apply per currency and transaction type (detailed in the app and Fees document).

11. YGE Pay (Internal Transfers)

Instant and free between verified YOUNGESTG users.

12. Liability

The Platform provides a payment and exchange service. We are not a bank. Funds in wallets are not deposits and do not earn interest. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or compliance reviews.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of policies, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.

14. Governing Law

Laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of YOUNGESTG TECHNOLOGIES LTD, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via the app or email.
