YOUNGESTGEXCHANGE facilitates cross-border payments and currency exchange between users located in countries using the following currencies: CAD, EUR, USD, GBP, GHS, NGN, and XAF.
We serve individuals and businesses involved in:
- International trade/importation
- Tuition and academic payments
- Utility and personal bills abroad
- Family and business remittances
2. DEFINITIONS
- User: Any verified individual or business using our services.
- Top-up: Adding funds to your account on the YOUNGESTGEXCHANGE platform.
- Withdrawal: Sending funds from your balance to an external account.
- Base Currency: The original currency used to top up your balance.
- Third-Party Deposit: Any top-up or payment made from an account that does not belong to the verified user (strictly prohibited).
- KYC (Know Your Customer): The process of verifying a user’s identity and compliance status.
- Partner Bank/Provider: Licensed institutions through which we facilitate payments.
3. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must complete full KYC verification.
- Businesses must provide proof of incorporation and authorised signatory identity.
- Users must reside or operate in countries where we are permitted to offer services.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Permitted uses:
- Pay foreign suppliers, import/export businesses
- Settle tuition and accommodation fees
- Pay bills, rent, or services abroad
- Send family remittances
- Exchange currency for approved purposes
Prohibited uses include:
- Transactions involving cryptocurrencies (unless supported)
- Fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing
- Use of third-party funding sources
- Transactions on behalf of individuals not registered on the platform
5. KYC & COMPLIANCE
- All users must complete KYC prior to their first transaction.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We may request additional documentation at any time.
- Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
6. FUNDING & THIRD-PARTY DEPOSITS
- Only fund your account from an account registered in your name.
- Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in frozen or refunded funds (minus processing fees).
- Suspicious deposits will trigger compliance reviews.
7. CURRENCY EXCHANGE & PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Exchange rates are real-time and include a transparent margin.
- Rates must be confirmed before each transaction.

- Delivery times range from same-day to 4 business days, depending on the destination and provider.
8. WITHDRAWALS
- You may withdraw funds to your own or a third-party bank account.
- We are not liable for losses after a third-party withdrawal is initiated.
- Withdrawals are processed in the same base currency unless a conversion is requested.
9. REFUNDS & DISPUTES
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Processing time is 7–14 business days.
- Delays may occur due to banking or external provider issues.
- Submit disputes within 30 days of the transaction date.
10. USER RESPONSIBILITY
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Ensure transaction details are accurate.
- Use only authorised payment sources.
- Comply with laws applicable in your region.
11. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- We are not responsible for delays from banks or regulators.
- We are not liable for incorrect beneficiary details.
- We are not responsible for force majeure or network issues.
- We may suspend services to comply with legal/regulatory requirements.

13. MODIFICATIONS

14. TERMINATION

15. GOVERNING LAW
